Swami Mukundananda in this speech in Yale University explains the philosophy behind bad things happening to good people. What we think as a good or bad thing is all based on the limited understanding of our mind and intellect, but from a divine perspective, these things all happen for a reason, which is for own growth and the elevation of the soul. Swamiji presents us with few stories and convincing arguments about why what we may see as a bad thing now is not necessarily bad in the long term. When we truly endeavor to grow in our lives and desire to elevate our mind and intellect, we will perceive all the things that happen to us currently, whether it feels good or not so good now, are always designed for our growth. Watch more to find it out.
